Education: University Degree in Law, Püblic Administration, International Relations, Social Science

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Language: Level IV English and Spanish

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Honduran Law and Legal Processes and reforms. Standard knowledge of US Government legislation, program and project policies, p´roject management methodology, procedures and documentation related to development assistance as well as the concepts, principles, techniques and practices in the DG area.

Skills and Abilities: The ability to establish and mantain contacts with NGO and Civil Society leaders and high level officials in the host government.
